Lifestyle Goals are goals that we incorporate into our daily lives to better our overall wellness and health. They differ from one time goals that have a clear ending and require a unique approach. Lifestyle goals may look like: eat healthier, sleep better, reduce stress and anxiety, participate in more joyful activities, or have more quality time with family.
