Tell Every Amazing Lady® Brooklyn 5K Fun Run Recap!

Photos from our 2026 Tell Every Amazing Lady® Brooklyn 5K Fun Run

Saturday, September 12th was our 18th annual Tell Every Amazing Lady® Brooklyn 5K Fun in Prospect Park. We were joined by almost 500 participants including runners and some of our Walk Anywhere participants who joined us in the park. We had lots of fun activities including Pin the Megaphone on the Lady and a warm-up lead by Spear Physical Therapy! We had 3 start lines. The first was for our “Make Them Run” Runners who pledged to run extra miles, in addition to their 5K, for donations! Our second start line was for all of our runners and was kicked off by Women’s Health Practitioner, Sarah Zuercher, from our sponsor Maimonides Health. We also had lots of community support from places like NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, ABC7 NY, and RMA New York. Our last start line was for our survivors. After spending time together connecting in the Survivor Experience booth, they walked to the start line for a photo opportunity and celebration. We send a big thank you to all of our volunteers who help put this event together. We are also so grateful to all our sponsors who helped make this event happen; jscreen, Maimonides Health, ABC7 NY, Fleet Feet, Spear Physical Therapy, RMA New York, NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Underlegs, Connecticut Muffin, Speakeasy of Strength, Brooklyn Paper, Myriad Genetics, TD Bank, mobius, Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Steve’s Authentic Key Lime Pie, Anomaly, Terrace Bagels, Costco, The Lacey Gallagher Cause to Cure Ovarian Cancer, and Ms. Aly’s Dance Studio.
