I ran the Philly marathon two years ago and hit 3:59, but this year I wanted my miles to actually mean something more. The women in my life have always been my biggest examples of quiet strength, resilience, and looking out for everyone around them, and I really want to dedicate this race to honoring that. Tell Every Amazing Lady® caught my attention because there’s no routine screening test for ovarian cancer and catching symptoms early is pretty much everything. Running 26.2 miles is a challenge but using the miles to get people around me actually talking about the warning signs and support what Tell Every Amazing Lady® is doing for families; it makes every single mile worth it.
